Getting results requires focus and follow-through. Unfortunately, consistently putting that into practice is seldom easy. This program helps you to "Kickstart" each month right and allows you to gain momentum for the rest of the month and beyond. If you should happen to fall off.... another 5-Day Kickstart session gets going at the beginning of the following month.

Depending on the option you select there will be several items that you either select or are chosen for you that will will agree to complete each day. They will be easy to accomplish but will provide momentum for you in the direction of a major goal. Completing these simple items daily also give you momentum and a positive mindset that will carry over into other areas.

There is also an optional Leaderboard contest and prizes to help make getting results extra engaging and fun. A community of like-minded people to support and encourage you makes this program that much more enjoyable and effective.
